Meet Coach Ale

Disciplined minds, fearless hearts

Coach Ale (Alejandra Mesa Eusse) has coached for 10 years, the last 4 dedicated entirely to youth girls' soccer. As a former collegiate and semi-professional player, she knows first-hand what high-level competition demands.

She coaches at D2 Futsal and is the Director and Head Coach of the 7v7 and 9v9 girls' program at IdeaSport Soccer Academy in Orlando, Florida. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Education focused on Teaching and Learning.

From all of that she built The 3D Performance Method, an athletic mentorship system resting on four pillars: Mindset, Training, Nutrition and Recovery. Her mission is to turn raw talent into leadership and guide every player to her full potential, on and off the field.

Inherent risks: soccer and physical training involve risks that cannot be eliminated, including running, falls, collisions, ball impact, sprains, strains, fractures, dental injuries, concussions, heat-related illness, insect bites, uneven surfaces and outdoor weather (heat, rain, lightning), and the possibility that other participants act negligently or intentionally. 2. Health: my child is in good health and able to participate, and I have disclosed all relevant allergies, conditions and medications. 3. Safety: my child will follow the coaches' instructions. The organizer may remove a player from an activity for safety reasons. If a concussion is suspected, she will not return to activity that day and I will be contacted. 4. Release: to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, including Section 744.301(3), Florida Statutes, I waive and release the organizer, on my behalf and my child's, from claims for personal injury, including death, and property damage resulting from the inherent risks of the activity. 5. Her full name will not be published with the images. I can withdraw this authorization for future publications by writing to 3dperformancemetho@gmail.com. NO: I do not authorize the use of my daughter's image. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to keep her out of published photos and videos. VEO cameras record the full field for training analysis; recordings that include her will be used only internally for coaching.

No refunds

All registrations are final. No refunds are issued for any reason, including missed days, late arrivals, schedule conflicts, vacations or voluntary withdrawal.

Transfers

A registration can be transferred to another player of the same group (U8-U9 or U10-U12) with prior notice to 3dperformancemetho@gmail.com or WhatsApp 407-963-7983 before November 21, 2026.

Cancellation and weather

The clinic takes place on an outdoor field. If the organizer cancels the clinic, or a session is suspended due to lightning or unsafe weather, it will be rescheduled. No refunds are issued in these cases.

Payment

Your spot is confirmed only after we receive your payment. Zelle payments must be sent within 24 hours of submitting the registration form; otherwise the spot may be released.

Sign in person at check-in. Parents or legal guardians accept these waivers online in the registration form and must also sign them in person at check-in on Day 1 (Monday, November 23, 2026, 8:45 AM). Players cannot participate without a signed waiver.

Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how 3D PERFORMANCE METHOD LLC ("Coach Ale / 3D Performance") handles the information you share when registering for the Thanksgiving Soccer Clinic.

Information we collect

Parent or guardian contact details (name, email, WhatsApp, city and ZIP code), emergency contacts and authorized pick-up people; player information provided by the parent or guardian (name, date of birth, category, club, position, shirt size, allergies and medical notes); waiver acceptance and electronic signature. We do not receive or store bank or card details: Zelle payments are processed by your bank.

How we use it

To manage registrations, groups and payments; to keep players safe (medical and emergency information is shared only with the coaching staff and, if needed, emergency services); to contact you about the clinic; to add you to our WhatsApp announcement community only if you opted in; and to use photos or videos only according to your media release choice.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Registration data is stored with our website and form provider and is accessed only by Coach Ale's team.

Children

Player information is provided by the parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.

Retention

We keep registration data for up to 12 months after the clinic and then delete it, except signed waivers, which we keep as long as legally required.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, leave the WhatsApp community at any time, and withdraw your media release for future publications by writing to 3dperformancemetho@gmail.com.
